Demon's Cycle Inc. Announces New Performance Charging System
Alternator for Harley-Davidson Softail Motorcycles
Demon's Cycle Inc. is pleased to announce the availability of its new charging system
alternator for Harley-Davidson Softail Motorcycles.
July 30, 2012 (FPRC) -- Demon's Cycle Inc., a custom motorcycle builder and custom Harley-Davidson
motorcycle parts supplier, is pleased to announce the availability of its new 32 Amp performance
charging system alternator for Harley-Davidson Softail Motorcycles.
The replacement alternator kit, which fits 1970 to 1999 Harley-Davidson Softail Motorcycles, includes
a high performance, thick-gauge stator winding with three-rib plug and a durable solid-state chrome
voltage regulator.
An alternator is responsible for generating power by producing Alternating Current (AC) that is
used to power a motorcycle's headlights, tail lights, and other parts of the electrical system.
A reliable charging system needs to provide more power than needed by the motorcycle so that
the battery stays charged. A drained battery isn't necessarily a sign that the battery itself needs
changing, but sometimes it can be the alternator which is at fault.
“We take a pride in ensuring that all our replacement parts are of the highest quality,” said
Tom Steinbacher, owner of Demon’s Cycle. “For example, the magnets in our replacement
charger systems are wrapped with a protective material to stop vibration-related breakages.”
As well as the protection for the magnets, the 32 Amp performance charging system alternator
also features a forged steel rotor with a thicker spline for maximum engagement.

New Demon's Cycle “El Diablo”

Harley Davidson handlebars, but still offer high quality
and superb looks.

controls, hidden wiring and, of course, chrome switches. The El Diablo range also includes
handlebars which come fully assembled by a professional Harley-Davidson certified mechanic. These bars are ready to be installed on your motorcycle in minutes.
The El Diablo handlebars come in a number of different sizes including 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 inch.
The 1-1/4 inch diameter bars have a center section and tip that tapers to 1 inch so that standard
handlebar controls fit. For those who don't like chrome, they are also available in black.
“One key way to customize a bike is to change its handle bars,” said Tom Steinbacher, owner of
Demon’s Cycle. “The El Diablo range offers style and quality without cutting back on quality.
Although there are several different styles of handlebars for Harley Davidson bikes, the truth is
you can't beat the style and look of ape hangers, especially the ones from the El Diablo range.”
Ape hanger handlebars get their name because of the way they cause the rider to reach up to use
them. Although some riders say they can be uncomfortable, it is almost universally agreed that ape
hangers are more stylish for choppers.

Custom Motorcycle Company Launch Safety Campaign to Prepare
Riders for the 2011 Season
Demon's Cycle has released a set of guidelines as part of its new 2011 safety campaign.
Pompano Beach, FL (I-Newswire) June 10, 2011 - Demon's Cycle Inc., a custom
motorcycle builder and custom motorcycle parts supplier, has launched its 2011 safety
campaign with a new set of guidelines and reminders for riders preparing to take the
road this summer. After a long winter it is important to ensure that bikes and their
riders are ready for the open road. A well maintained bike is a safe bike.
Healthy tires are essential for road safety. After a bike has been sitting for a long
period of time, visual inspection of the tires is required. Check the air pressure as well
as the tread. Examine the grooves and sidewalls. Small cracks in the sidewalls are
often a sign of dry rot. To ensure the safety of the rider and of other road users the tires
should be changed if in doubt. Demon's Cycle recommend Avon tires for performance,
cost and safety.
Brakes also need to be inspected. Riding is fun but stopping is important! Check the
brake pads for wear as well as the rotors. Check for scoring and warping. Warped or
scored rotors can damage the calipers and endanger lives. If in any doubt change the brake components.
"Most motorcycle accidents are a result of brake failure or bad tires," said Thomas
Steinbacher, owner of Demon's Cycle. "We want our customers safe out there on the
road, and we're committed to helping them prevent accidents from happening."
As part of it commitment to road safety Demon's Cycle are offering free FedEx delivery
of all tire and brake parts during the run up to the riding season.

New Demon's Cycle Custom Bobber for Under $15,000.00
Demon's Cycle manages to build a brand new fully custom bobber for Michael

Custom Bobber built by Demon's Cycle for Michael Schiefer
(PRWEB) June 02, 2011
Demon's Cycle manages to build a brand new fully custom bobber for Michael
Schiefer from Köln Germany for an unbelievable budget of less than $15000 USD.
Michael Schiefer is a 39 year old businessman and entrepreneur from Köln where he
owns M.E.S. Tank service station. His main specialty is automotive high performance
tuning and enjoys working on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Michael is proud of his
€50,000.00 Walz Hardcore custom motorcycle.
Mr. Schiefer is also credited with his own TV show on Kabel1. He has been watching
automotive and motorcycle related shows and stumbled upon the Demon's Cycle
show on the same channel. He had watched the growth of Demon's Cycle and followed
the progress of their custom bikes for three years. Finally Michael contacted Thomas
Steinbacher, owner of Demon's Cycle, and the star of the show. He challenged Tom to
build a custom motorcycle for less than $15,000 USD.
Tom was very surprised by all the things he and Michael had in common. Both Germans
share the love of custom Harley motorcycles, both have a TV show on Kabel1, and
both are known for their bad temper. So German "brother from a different mother" Tom
Steinbacher accepted the challenge and promised to build a very cool fully custom
bike within the given budget on a condition that he will be granted full freedom in choice
of style of the new custom bike.
Two months later a brand new custom bobber was unveiled. This euro-style radical
bobber is featuring 114" engine, 6-speed transmission, black billet wheels and custom
radical gas tank. Needless to say that Michael Schiefer was very impressed. "I still
don't understand how Demon's could do that" - he said "it is nothing less than a
miracle... and I am having second thoughts now about spending five times more on
Waltz Hardcore."

4 cam motor and I beat out his time in the finals to take
the win. All the Harley® dealers and other shop reps were
at the finals and banquet taking a really good look at the
Ultima® race motor as an up coming contender which was
a major upset to S&S®. While discussing the engine I
mentioned that the cases were USA made and my cases
were no different than any of the motors produced by
Ultima as well as all the other parts except pistons. This
really has opened their eyes as to the quality of the Ultima®
Motors. All things considered this is a big win for Ultima®
with 2 first, a Second and season finish in third.
I thank all the people that made such quality parts to make
this new motor into a race winner with a very high reliability
factor. Lord knows I have pounded these engines past
the point of any reality with a compression of 270 psi and
max rpm put up to 8500 rpm in the Canadian Finals with
no breakage or falter.
I tip my hat and raise my glass to all of you there at ULTIMA
as we are all winners this season.

Demon's Cycle Announce New Custom Frame for Harley Twin Cam 88 Driveline
The Softail ProStreet 250 custom motorcycle frame has been released. This new
Softail frame is designed specifically for the Harley-Davidson Twin Cam 88B engine
and will help the next generation of custom bikes roar with twin cam power.
Demon's Cycle Inc., the well known custom motorcycle company based in Florida, is
pleased to announce the availability of the Softail ProStreet 250 custom motorcycle
frame. This new frame, which is made in the USA for use with wide tires, is specially
designed for the Harley-Davidson 1450CC Twin Cam 88B engine.
The 80's and 90's were dominated by Harley's Evolution engine and and their Big Twin
bikes. Naturally, custom motorcycle designs centered around the dominate Evo
engine. But as the new century started Harley-Davidson released a new engine, a twin
cam engine, with a bigger displacement and a radical new design. After some further
refinement, the Twin Cam 88B has become the most popular engine for Softails.
However this left custom bike builders one step behind as virtually all the custom
frames were made to accept the Harley Evolution drive train.
But now Demon's Cycle are helping to open a new page in custom bike building and
help the next generation of bike builders use the 88B in their creations. The Softail
ProStreet 250 frame, which includes a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO), is
a unique frame designed specifically for use with Harley's 1450CC Twin Cam 88B
engines.
The features of this frame are impressive: softail suspension, a 40 degree rake and
heavy-duty tubing. The quality is also first class with the motor mount milled by
computed numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools and TIG welds used on all the
major points.
"Custom frames made for TC88 engines are next to impossible to find and often cost
more than their Evo counterparts" said Tom Steinbacher, the founder of Demon's
Cycle. "But with our new frame, custom bike builders can now use contemporary
engines without having to resort to adapter brackets."
This new frame heralds a new chapter for custom motorcycle builders and removes
the worries of using yesteryear's technology and the risks associated with hard to find
custom parts.
This is the letter I wrote to the Fresno Bee. We all need to get involved in the fight against
Senator Pavley's "loud pipes" bill before it becomes law!
Most people drive cars, but I choose to ride a motorcycle. My name will mean nothing to them.
The problem is that my life also means nothing to them. I look over as I'm riding, and watch
people illegally talking on the phone, texting, reading, eating, and doing anything and everything but
paying attention. I've had them change lanes into me, turn left in front of me, and rear-end me at
stop lights. They've killed and injured my friends with their careless disregard for those of us who
ride, yet it hasn't caused them one moment of grief or regret. If one of them carelessly took my life
tomorrow, they would not even bother to read my name in the tiny report in the "Local" section of
The Bee.
Our state legislators have forced us to wear helmets in the name of safety, yet it was not their
concern for us, but the political contributions from insurance companies pushed this law through.
It was all about the money. Now, they want to pass another law and severely restrict one of the
three things that keep us alive in today's unpredictable traffic: Those three indisputable factors are
our sight, our hearing (restricted by helmets), and our ability to attract the attention of drivers
around us. Unless drivers are sufficiently forewarned of our presence, they will not notice a
motorcycle, and our invisibility to them is the biggest threat to our safety. In most cases of
accidents involving cars versus motorcycles (85 percent the fault of the motorist), usually involving
the death of the motorcyclist, the investigating officer hears, "but officer, I didn't see the
motorcycle!"
Do I consider this the fault of motorists in general? To some degree, yes, but in a larger sense, it is
because society has become so busy with our complicated and technologically enhanced lives that
we fail to take sufficient notice of what transpires around us. This is no longer the "simpler times"
when we could usually depend on other drivers to see and obey stop signs, or stay in their lane,
and self preservation must become our number one priority. Those who have never ridden
a motorcycle may find this hard to accept, but motorcycles have been part of America's heritage
for more than one hundred years, and as most exceed 40 miles per gallon, they are also a factor in
reducing our "carbon footprint."
Do I have loud pipes on my motorcycle? Absolutely, for the same reason that a police officer
wears a bulletproof vest. They both save lives. Do my loud pipes annoy other drivers? I'm sure
they do at times, but their inattention both annoys and endangers me, and at least when they're
sufficiently annoyed, they will look for the source, and I get to live another day. I do, however,
make it a point not to make unnecessary noise in residential areas, and most otherriders do
the same.
When you sit in your living room watching television and are momentarily inconvenienced by the
sound of a loud motorcycle, remember: The rider is alive, and it's thanks in part to the sound you
find so offensive. Think about us raising our families, and playing with our grandchildren, then ask
yourselves if our lives aren't worth missing a few seconds of your favorite show.
My life only matters to me, my family, and a small group of friends. It doesn't matter to the guy
eating his hamburger in his Lexus at 75 miles per hour, the woman looking into the back seat,
scolding her kids in the car that's dangerously close to my rear fender, or to the young man who
whips his sports car into my lane so close I have to hit the brakes to avoid a collision. Do they see
me? No. Do they look when they hear me? Yes. That could be the difference between playing
with my grandchildren and being just another unread name in the obituaries.
